Overview
Join our dynamic legal team as a Lemon Law Attorney, where you will champion consumer rights by specializing in lemon law cases that protect vehicle owners from defective automobiles.
We’re looking for: A California-licensed attorney with strong litigation skills, excellent communication, and a passion for consumer advocacy.

Compensation:$150,000 - $180,000
Responsibilities:
Avagyan Law Firm is hiring a driven Lemon Law Attorney to represent consumers against automobile manufacturers and dealerships.
Handle pre-litigation and litigation Lemon Law matters
Advocate aggressively for clients and maximize case results
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and manufacturers
Qualifications:
Active California Bar license
2+ years of plaintiff-side Lemon Law experience
Strong knowledge of the California Song-Beverly Act
Lemon Law litigation experience required
Strong negotiation, research, and writing skills
Ability to manage cases independently
