Aux Talent is partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI companies in New York City to hire an Engineering Recruiter who will play a pivotal role in building the technical teams behind a category-defining product. This is much more than a traditional technical recruiting role. You'll become a strategic talent partner to engineering leadership, owning full-cycle recruiting for highly technical positions while helping shape hiring strategy, elevate recruiting operations, and build the engineering organization during a period of extraordinary growth. Typical responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering and other technical positions from kickoff through offer acceptance
• Partner closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, develop search strategies, and build high-quality candidate pipelines
• Proactively source exceptional technical talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Manage multiple concurrent searches across various engineering disciplines while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
• Own candidate communication, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and offer acceptance
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, serving as a strategic recruiting partner throughout the hiring process
• Manage external recruiting agencies to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with hiring goals
• Leverage recruiting metrics and pipeline data to continuously improve hiring processes and outcomes
• Contribute to the growth and evolution of a high-performing Talent Acquisition function as the company continues to scale

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within high-growth technology or startup environments
• Proven success recruiting Software Engineers and other technical talent across multiple disciplines
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates
• Solid understanding of engineering organizations, technical skill sets, and recruiting best practices
• Experience partnering directly with technical hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Passion for AI, emerging technology, and building exceptional teams is highly preferred

Schedule: Full-time, onsite (Monday-Friday)

Compensation: $140,000-$2000,000 (DOE) base salary + bonus + meaningful equity
