BDC Manager Opportunity – Lead Growth at AutoMaxx of Aberdeen!

Summary

AutoMaxx of Aberdeen is seeking a dynamic, self-starting BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center and drive performance through strategic leadership, team motivation, and outstanding customer engagement. As part of our Executive Leadership Team, this role directly impacts dealership growth, lead conversion, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the BDC team to meet and exceed KPIs

• Manage inbound leads from phone, internet, CRM, service drive, referrals, and previous customer follow-ups

• Ensure fast, professional lead response and communication

• Develop and implement effective lead conversion strategies

• Track and improve key performance metrics: connect rate, set rate, show rate, and sold rate

• Ensure BDC operations are fully staffed and active Monday through Saturday

• Collaborate across sales, service, and marketing departments

• Deliver clear and consistent daily/weekly reporting to executive leadership

• Promote a culture of accountability and a growth-focused mindset

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• Proven leadership experience in a BDC or automotive internet sales environment

• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms

• Strong team-building, coaching, and performance management skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to lead by example and hold others to high standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary DOE: $80,000–$120,000 annually

• Annual Growth Bonus:

  • 10% increase in annual unit volume = $5,000 bonus

  • 20% increase = $10,000 bonus
