Looking for a sales role where you can earn strong commissions, work for a stable, family-owned company, and actually help people? Auto Now has been in business for 30 years, and we’re hiring a Buy Here Pay Here Sales Associate to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build trust from the first conversation
- Help customers find a vehicle that fits their needs and budget
- Clearly explain financing and payment options
- Collect credit applications and verify basic information
- Close deals and hit sales goals
- Provide great service and follow up after the sale
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred (auto sales a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Motivated, goal-driven, and ready to earn
- Comfortable with computers and paperwork
- Honest, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
