WhatYou'llDo

TheRestaurant General Manageris responsible forthe strategic oversight ofday-to-dayoperations. You will providevisible leadership to management and employees while generating a restaurant atmosphere focused on great hospitality where the expectations of the guests arealways exceeded.You will help develop key employees, implement standards and procedures, provide quality training, and develop talent.You are eligible toparticipatein a Restaurant Leadership Bonus Plan. The target bonus opportunity is set at 20% of your base salary and will be paid quarterly.

Who You Are

• 5+ years'experience in ahigh-volumerestaurantleadershiprole

• An open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality every time mindset

• Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of thehotelthrough engaging,developing,and mentoring individuals andtherestaurantteams

• Willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry

• Strong ability to analyzedata,productinventory, and controlofcosts

• A get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit

• Professional, yet comfortable with candidandopento and acting upon feedback - all with the guest and employee experience top of mind

• Exceptionalcommunication skillswitha keen eye for detail

• Highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
