Job description

Master Certified Ford Technicians Wanted!

Auffenberg Ford O'Fallon is seeking a dedicated Master Certified Ford Service Technician to join our team in O'Fallon, IL. We pride ourselves on promoting from within and providing a dynamic work environment featuring progressive management, state-of-the-art tools, and cutting-edge technology. If you're passionate about automotive repair and eager to advance your career, apply today! Compensation ranges from $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid weekly.
Responsibilities
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to keep customers informed about additional service needs and provide accurate time estimates for repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements
  • Must be Ford Certified Master Technician.
  • ASE certifications highly preferred.
  • Strong automotive background and technical skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screen and background check.
  • Possess a clean and valid driver's license.
