Responsibilities
โข Diagnose and diagnose complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer systems.
โข Perform a wide range of vehicle repair and maintenance services, including oil changes, brake jobs, tune-ups, and transmission repairs within required timelines.
โข Utilize specialized automotive tools, testing equipment, and OE-level scan tools/ computers as required.
โข Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles and services.
โข Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspection results, and customer concerns.
โข Keep work areas clean and maintain organized parts storage.
โข Abide by all safety regulations while performing repair and maintenance services.
Requirements
โข Automotive Technician experience with Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram vehicles
โข Knowledge of computerized diagnostic and repair techniques
โข Experience with OE level scan tools/ computers
โข Ability to work both in teams and independently
โข CDJR certified (Levels 2 & 3 Preferred)
โข Relevant certifications in the Automotive industry
โข Valid driver's license and strong driving record
