Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Program and maintain Ross XPression content engines and Dashboard playout interfaces for arena display systems.
• Coordinate and execute audio/visual production for live events, ensuring all technical elements are properly prepared and operated.
• Provide day-to-day operational support for AV systems, including IPTV, video switchers, graphics systems, digital audio consoles, AV networks, and lighting controllers.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, mixers, speakers, transmission systems, and video displays.
• Serve in key production roles such as LED Producer and IPTV Coordinator, overseeing content playback and system performance during events.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful execution of event production needs and timelines.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coordination of part-time event staff.
• Respond quickly to technical issues during live events and implement effective solutions under pressure.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in control room or live event production, preferably in sports or entertainment venues.
• Proficiency in Ross XPression and Dashboard; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Familiarity with control room systems, including cameras, replay systems, routers, signal flow, audio consoles, and video switchers.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital AV systems, including fiber routing and basic system maintenance.
• Basic understanding of IT networking principles preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be flexible and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours, and on-call shifts as needed.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
