We are a growing RV dealership seeking a part-time Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structuring and closing deals, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to structure and finalize RV financing deals.
- Present financing options, extended warranties, and insurance products to customers.
- Ensure all deals comply with federal, state, and dealership policies.
- Process all paperwork accurately and efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with all F&I products, compliance requirements, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager, ideally in the automotive or RV industry.
- Strong understanding of financing products, credit applications, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and work independently.
- High school diploma required; additional certifications or finance training is a plus.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., dealership management systems).
