Overview
Join our dynamic team in Minneapolis, MN, as a Grinder - Metal Finisher! We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our manufacturing process by ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Operate grinding and deburring machines to finish metal parts to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in grinding, deburring, or similar manufacturing roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
You should be proficient in:
- Deburring Experience
- Blueprint Reading
