Role Description

As an AI Tech Sales Intern at Ascendance AI you'll be on the front lines of our outreach - connecting with independent real estate brokerages across the country and showing them how our AI technology can transform their business. This isn't a coffee fetching internship. You'll be having real conversations with real business owners, booking demos, and directly contributing to company revenue from day one.

What you'll actually be doing:

-Reaching out to independent brokerages via cold calling from given lists

-Having genuine conversations with small business owners about their growth challenges

-Booking demo calls for the founding team to close

-Tracking outreach and results in our CRM

-Learning the fundamentals of sales, AI technology, and startup culture firsthand

This is a ground floor opportunity at a company using AI to solve a real problem for small businesses. The experience and skills you build here translate directly into any high paying sales or business development career.

Qualifications

Must Speak Fluent English

You're a people person - genuinely enjoy talking to strangers

You're hungry and self motivated - you don't need someone standing over you

You're coachable - open to feedback and willing to improve fast

You're thick skinned - rejection doesn't rattle you, it motivates you

You're ambitious - you see this as a stepping stone to something big

Some sales or customer facing experience is a plus but not required

Interest in AI, tech, or startups is a big plus

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college preferred but not required

Compensation
