Job Opportunity in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes

You will join the regional office in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, composed of a team of 13 employees and supported by volunteers in civic service and interns. The offices of our regional office are based in Lyon, Grenoble, and Clermont-Ferrand, and our actions are deployed throughout the region.

Today, we are looking for a person on a fixed-term contract to deploy our actions with high school students in the Lyon academy.

Your missions will include:

You will work under the responsibility of the coordinator in charge of high school actions, accompanied by students and professional volunteers ready to share their experiences to broaden the perspectives of our young beneficiaries in relation to orientation and professional integration.

Daily, you will meet high school students, in whole classes or in semi-groups. You will animate or co-animate with volunteers and/or VSC, workshops that open new horizons, relying on the contents, pedagogical tools, and animation techniques provided by Article 1. You will ensure the quality of each session, supervise group dynamics, and manage the relationship with partners on the ground.

You will organize and plan with our partner high schools the interventions: collection of needs from the establishments, planning according to logistical constraints and the availability of volunteers, coordination of practical and logistical aspects with high schools.

You will develop relationships with partner high schools and student associations to promote the Article 1 offer. You will maintain a trusting relationship with the heads of institutions and teaching teams to develop and perpetuate partnerships.

Volunteers are the engine of our actions. You will contribute to recruiting them, training them in their role as speakers, and animate the community to retain them in the long term — individual and collective follow-up, communication plan, organization of events.

Finally, you will ensure weekly reporting of your activity on the dedicated internal tools and contribute to qualitative and quantitative assessments for partners. Your field perspective is precious to evolve our devices and contribute to their continuous improvement.

In the context of these missions:

• You will be required to make trips: in the Lyon academy (Rhône, Loire, Ain) up to several times a week between October and April
• You may occasionally participate in events in the evening and on weekends

According to needs and skills development, additional complementary missions may be assigned occasionally or permanently.

Conditions and benefits:

• Type of position: 9-month fixed-term contract
• Non-management status: 38.75 hours/week, 25 days off and 12 additional leave days/year

• Remote work: 10 days per month allowance
• Grade E & Annual gross salary (according to salary scale): 24,720 K€
• Restaurant vouchers (60% covered by the employer), health insurance (80% covered by the employer in isolated contribution or 68% in family contribution) and life insurance, reimbursement at 60% of the transport subscription and/or Monthly Sustainable Mobility Allowance (25€ or 10€ monthly depending on use) OR Monthly Transport Allowance (25€ monthly)
• A deployment bonus for deployment managers on a permanent or fixed-term contract in proportion to the time of presence during the school year
