Job description
Park Specialist
The Lifeguard is responsible for the safety and wellbeing of park pool users, enforcing pool rules and regulations, general cleaning and cash register operation. Position works weekends and holidays.
This position offers paid holidays and retirement pension.
Applicants must meet or exceed the following qualifications: Depending on the position, a valid Arkansas driver's license is required. Some positions are required to undergo a criminal background check and/or safe driving check. Some positions require completion of specialized training such as American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR/CPR and First Aid. Lifeguarding class is from May 17th, 2026, thru May 21st, 2026, at DeGray Lake Resort State Park. Swimming Test is required for this position.
