Job description

Are you outgoing, goal-driven, and passionate about helping families say "yes" to life-saving swim lessons? Aqua-Tots Swim School is looking for a Sales Rep to help drive enrollments, support families through the decision-making process, and play a key role in our school's growth.
What You'll Do
  • Connect with new and returning families to convert leads into enrollments
  • Follow up on web leads, inquiries, and tours with confidence and care
  • Educate families on lesson options, schedules, and promotions
  • Support front desk staff with sales training and best practices
  • Track leads, conversions, and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed
  • Represent Aqua-Tots with professionalism, warmth, and integrity

What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales experience preferred (retail, service, or membership sales a plus)
  • Comfortable with goals, metrics, and accountability
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset
  • Availability for evenings and weekends
