Technical Skills- Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), SOQL, and data management.
- Familiarity with reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (recommended).
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Agile/CSM certifications are a plus.
- 8 years in business analysis, preferably with Salesforce projects.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and CRM optimization.
