Job description

American Natural Processors is seeking a self-motivated and highly focused individual for this opportunity to learn master the full scope of our Crush operation within the Cherokee Plant. Your previous experience in a manufacturing or food processing position will be of great value to us but is not required for consideration with American Natural. Your ability to communicate with a diverse team of people, both verbally and in writing will significantly improve your success in this role.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

  • Uphold a clean and functional workplace that complies with all safety and food grade regulations.
  • Meticulously document production processes and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Become familiar with the process of starting up or shutting down the refinery and crush equipment.
  • Responsible for continuous monitoring of equipment - with a focus on the quality of the finished product.
  • Report variances and issues as soon as they become apparent.
  • Additional tasks and duties as assigned by the Master Operator or Production Manager as needed.
