We are seeking a dedicated and personable Patient Services Representative to join our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, administrative support, and attentive service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system as needed
• Answer patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and general information
• Process patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle billing inquiries, payments, and insurance verification as required
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Address patient concerns or escalate issues to appropriate personnel when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with applicable regulations

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus
• Previous experience in a patient services, customer service, front desk, or administrative role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with office software and patient management or scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a patient-focused approach
