Color Burst Landscapes is seeking an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to join our team in Arrington, TN. If you have landscaping experience, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in leading a team to deliver high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help oversee daily landscape operations, support crew members in the field, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will:

• Lead and support landscape crews on job sites
• Load and prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily work
• Manage loading and unloading of trucks and trailers
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Review work tickets and monitor project progress
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Track labor hours, equipment usage, and materials used
• Submit completed work orders and daily job records
• Maintain organized trucks, trailers, equipment, and work areas
• Read and interpret blueprints or drawings when required
• Promote safe work practices and PPE compliance
• Train, mentor, and support crew members
• Communicate job site updates and team feedback to operations leadership

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and ready to lead by example.

Required:

• 2-3 years of landscaping industry experience
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of landscape installation and field operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety

Preferred:

• 1+ year of crew leadership or supervisory experience

Work Environment

This is an outdoor, physically active position. Candidates should be comfortable working in:

• Various weather conditions, including heat and cold
• Environments with dust, pollen, noise, insects, and moving equipment
• Fast-paced job sites requiring physical labor

Additional hours may be required during peak seasons.
