Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and needs, formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments and physicians' recommendations.
• Implement and adapt treatment modalities for patients experiencing various conditions, including orthopedic issues, pediatric concerns, neurological conditions, and sports-related injuries.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic care, ensuring that interventions are consistent with the evolving physician's plan of care, facilitating meaningful progress towards patients' functional goals.
• Educate and coach patients and their caregivers about effective strategies, exercises, and resources to support recovery both in the clinic and at home.
• Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills to enhance patient satisfaction and foster a positive therapeutic relationship.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create integrated treatment strategies that elevate patient outcomes through continuity of care.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute proactively to organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Amber's Physical Therapy, our patient demographic is diverse, ranging from active children needing sports injury rehabilitation to elderly individuals recovering from surgeries or chronic conditions. You will interact with a wide spectrum of patients requiring specialized physical therapy services, allowing for a fulfilling experience as you craft meaningful rehabilitation journeys tailored to each individual.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by proficiency in computer and word processing applications.
• A proven ability to build rapport with patients to empower them in achieving their treatment and health goals.
• A genuine desire to connect positively with individuals from various backgrounds, reinforcing a supportive therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience in treating a variety of patient groups and conditions, including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and neurological rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

Amber's Physical Therapy offers a competitive annual salary of USD 100,000 – 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
