Assistant Director of Nursing ADON Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Mentor and educate staff members to promote professional development and growth
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and reports

ADON Requirements:
• Minimum Years of Experience: 2
• Education: Registered Nurse RN Licensed in IL
