Job description

Job Description Alquemy's client is seeking seasoned Superintendent's to join their team. Locations in Calgary and Edmonton. Job Description: This role will oversee the daily operations on our clients construction sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing crews, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all construction activities. Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Maintain project schedules and budgets. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
