  • Master\u2019s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field (MA, MS, MSW, PhD, PsyD, etc.).<\/p><\/li>

  • Preferably an active Idaho license: LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP<\/strong>, or equivalent (licensure-eligible applicants will be considered).<\/p><\/li>

  • Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical integrity.<\/p><\/li>

  • Openness to feedback, collaboration, and continued learning.<\/p><\/li>

  • Interest in attachment-based and somatic approaches<\/strong> to therapy (familiarity with the work of Diane Poole Heller, Peter Levine, Stan Tatkin, or Daniel Siegel is a plus).<\/p><\/li>

  • Tech competence or willingness to learn (experience with Gmail and SimplePractice<\/strong> preferred).<\/p><\/li><\/ul>","responsibilities":"

    • Conduct client intakes, establish rapport, and maintain strong therapeutic relationships.<\/p><\/li>

    • Provide individual therapy sessions using a trauma-informed, attachment-based approach.<\/p><\/li>

    • Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client goals.<\/p><\/li>

    • Complete documentation promptly and maintain clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.<\/p><\/li>

    • Participate in individual supervision, group supervision, and ongoing clinical training.<\/p><\/li>
