We are seeking a highly skilled Boom Truck Crane Operator with a minimum of five years of experience to manage crane operations primarily in mixed and residential environments. This individual must excel in problem-solving, operate effectively under stress, and have in-depth knowledge of boom truck cranes and vehicle driving. The role demands constant travel to various job sites and offers opportunities for leadership development within a predominantly individual operator setting. Familiarity with brands such as Manitex, Unic, and others is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate boom truck cranes safely and efficiently in various environments
• Handle and balance loads to ensure safe lifting and placement
• Resolve operational issues and perform troubleshooting under pressure
• Manage stress effectively in fast-paced and demanding conditions
• Drive company vehicles according to safety standards and CDL requirements
• Coordinate with site personnel for smooth operation and project completion
• Travel frequently to diverse job sites across residential and mixed project locations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience operating boom truck cranes
• Technical training in heavy equipment operation
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with boom truck crane operation and load balancing
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations
