Job description

Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting QA automation and testing of multiple initiatives, ensuring quality and reliability of applications through collaboration with developers, clients, and management.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and own QA support for initiatives
• Manage end-to-end testing processes and address issues promptly
• Provide accurate testing status reports and manage risks effectively
• Communicate clearly with clients, partners, and management
• Collaborate with a team to achieve project goals
• Work on multiple applications and projects simultaneously
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proficiency in Selenium, Java, SQL, and experience in the banking domain
• 5 years of hands-on experience with RAFT and Selenium/Java
• 3 years of experience in API Testing - Rest and SOAP, with familiarity in SOAPUI and POSTMAN tools
• Ability to write Oracle DB SQL queries
• Experience with XMLs, XSDs, and JSONs
Preferred:
• Skilled in backend testing involving file processing and MQs
• Ability to analyze failures using logs on Windows server and Splunk
• Knowledge of VBA for Macros
• Experience working within an agile development process (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Quick learner with the ability to understand complex requirements and systems
• Demonstrated flexibility in a dynamic and complex environment
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
