  • Greet and assist clients in-person, over the phone, and via email in a professional manner
  • Support insurance agents with daily administrative tasks and office operations
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and maintain accurate client records
  • Process insurance documents, forms, and policy-related paperwork
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and data entry
  • Assist with customer service inquiries, claims support, and policy questions
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
  • Positive, professional demeanor with a team-oriented attitude
  • Insurance industry knowledge or willingness to obtain licensure is a bonus
