Seasonal Grain Laborer

Primary Objectives of Position:

• Work with the location manager to operate and maintain equipment
• Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service
• Follow all federal, state, and OSHA, cooperative policies and procedures

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Operate grain plant equipment and system in accordance to standard operating procedures and current good manufacturing practices
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment
• Assist other divisions with tasks as needed
• Perform routine housekeeping
• Comply with all company policies
• Comply with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Load and unload grain trucks
• Scale trucks in and out
• Operate grain dryer efficiently
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds, bend, stand for long periods of time, and have good finger dexterity
