Alan’s Lids — one of the fastest-growing Western hat brands in the nation — is looking for outgoing, reliable, and ambitious Traveling Sales Associates to join our Roadshow Crew. You’ll be the face of our brand as we hit rodeos, music festivals, and events across the U.S.with upcoming international tours with our mobile cowboy hat bar.

What You’ll Do

• Travel across the U.S. with our mobile hat trailers to rodeos and major events.
• Set up, sell, and shape custom Western hats on-site.
• Welcome customers, share the story behind Alan’s Lids, and help them find the perfect fit.
• Handle payments, inventory, and booth setup/breakdown.
• Represent the Alan’s Lids brand with pride and professionalism.
• Occasionally work from our Crowley, TX store during off-weeks.

What You Bring

• 18+ years old
• Able to travel 70–90% of the time
• Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs and handle setup/teardown
• Previous retail or sales experience (1+ year)
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus!
• Open to learning hat shaping
• Based near Crowley, TX for home days
• Must pass drug/background check
