Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify and champion Ruskin Rooftop Systems - RRS products that drive revenue growth for ADTI. The Product Manager will establish and execute a clear product/portfolio vision and strategy through an “outside-in” approach to accelerate growth and strengthen market position within the HVAC OEM and distribution channels. This highly visible role will leverage a strong engineering team and globally recognized brand to bring RRS to the next level through extraordinary portfolio performance.

How You Will Do It
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience to identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that expand market share, and enhance overall customer satisfaction
  • Create buy-in for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies tailored to RRS markets
  • Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and definitions
  • Scope and prioritize activities through an 80/20 lens with a bias for action
  • Partner closely with engineering teams ensuring specification clarity and application understanding
  • Drive product launches, coordinating efforts across sales, marketing, application engineering, and programming teams
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure message clarity and consistency across the portfolio
  • Serve as product champion to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of products
  • Be the internal voice to market by building customer, user, application, and market expertise
  • Translate vision into product roadmap delivering a path for long term sustainable success
What We Look For
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in HVAC or related industry
  • Proven success in product life cycle management
  • Strong skills in developing product and marketing strategies with the ability to communicate and execute effectively
  • Able to develop product/marketing strategies and effectively communicate plans supported by clear financials
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with market research and data-driven decision-making
Preferred
  • MBA with 2-3 years of product management experience
  • Solid understanding of product cost structure and market-based pricing models
