We are looking to hire a fitter/welder for second shift to continue the growth at Air Caster. This role focuses on custom fabrication projects requiring skilled independent work on site with no travel outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Perform welding and fitting tasks to precise specifications
• Carry out metal fabrication according to project requirements
• Interpret blueprints accurately to guide fabrication and assembly
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies
• Handle materials efficiently to support workflow
• Work independently during second shift to complete assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in welding and fitting
• Proficiency in MIG welding techniques
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication
