POSITION SUMMARY:  Aichi Forge is one of the largest Forging Manufacturers in North America. We are hiring Maintenance Technicians who are Multi Skilled for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. Candidates should be self-motivated. Safety and Quality minded. With 5+ years of experience in basic maintenance, PLC maintenance, & robot maintenance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Understand OSHA Compliance, NEC, and NFPA as they are required for manufacturing.

*Perform preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance on various types of manufacturing machinery. This includes manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery.

*Need strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and Kaizen to improve the companies Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost. Capable of working in teams or alone.

*Ability to teach Production and Maintenance Technicians.

*Will need to be able to understand new technology and processes as required.

*Knowledge of Microsoft Office for daily administration records and making schedules for repairs, kaizens, and inspections.

*Capable of reading both electrical and mechanical drawings

* Proficient in 3 phase motors and VFD drives.

*Intermediate math skills

*Administration and 5S.

**Strong Leadership and Communication Skills are a plus.

**Experienced machinist is a plus

Two (2) year technical degree with 3 years of experience or a minimum of four (4) years of equivalent experience in a Maintenance position

Working knowledge of industrial safety practices

Ability to problem solve and work with a cross functional team in the manufacturing process.

Available to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shutdowns.

Work in high places and confined spaces
