What You'll Do
  • Assist teachers and caregivers in supervising and engaging children in various activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games.
  • Keep children safe, clean, and fulfilled
  • Provide patient and compassionate assistance as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
  • Demonstrate positive role modeling, kindness, and empathy while interacting with children.

Requirements
  • Willing to work afternoons 3-5 Monday through Friday, but all are not required
  • 15 years of age or older
  • Must be willing to be fingerprinted and pass a background check (all expenses paid)
  • Genuine passion for working with children and making a difference in their lives
  • Reliable, responsible, and dependable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Must be willing to complete Professional Development hours, CPR, and First Aid certification (all expenses paid)

Nice To Haves
  • Prior experience working with children is a plus, but not required
  • Prior experience working in a daycare center is a plus, but not required
  • Prior CPR and First Aid certification, but not required
