Job Description Sales / Project Manager (Hyderabad, India) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Role Summary As a Sales / Project Manager , you will be responsible for driving business growth and managing client-facing projects in the Indian aerospace region, centered in Hyderabad. This hybrid role requires balancing strategic sales leadership with meticulous project execution across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Build and maintain relationships with aerospace clients in Hyderabad and across India, including startups, governmental agencies, and global OEMs.

Lead RFP responses, crafting proposals and technical-commercial pitches. Conduct market analysis to position Ideal Aerosmith competitively. Represent the company at local events, conferences, and industry forums.

Project Management Plan, execute, and oversee project delivery from kickoff to installation and handoff. Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, legal, and finance teams.

Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, satisfaction, and timely communication. Reporting & Process Optimization Prepare regular sales and project status reports for management. Monitor project performance and implement continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. 58 years of combined B2B aerospace sales and project management experience. Familiarity with the Indian aerospace ecosystem.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in CRM and project management tools. Preferred: MBA, PMP certification, or related credentials.
