Advanced Home Health and Hospice of Lehigh Valley a trusted leader in compassionate care, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Health and Hospice Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements:
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all home health and hospice services.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and sustainability.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and compassionate care.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, referral sources, and community partners.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and superior patient satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance programs.
  • Proven track record of managing teams, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
