About Us

We are a premier, luxury non-skilled home care agency dedicated to providing exceptional companionship, safety, and peace of mind to seniors in Massachusetts. We pride ourselves on building a highly professional, secure environment for both our clients and our elite caregiving team.

Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Companion Caregivers and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our active per diem roster. This is an on-call, case-by-case position perfectly suited for caregivers seeking flexible shifts that match their schedules. Hours are deployed immediately upon onboarding new client cases.

Crucial Opportunity: While this position starts as a flexible per diem role, we are actively seeking standout talent to anchor our growing team. Based on exceptional client reviews, punctuality, and stellar work habits, per diem employees will be fast-tracked for transition to permanent, Full-Time Hourly Positions with consistent, guaranteed weekly schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality companionship, emotional support, and mental stimulation to elderly clients.
  • Assist with non-skilled activities of daily living (ADLs), including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Provide local transportation for grocery shopping, medical appointments, and errands.
  • Maintain accurate daily care notes and report client updates to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Background Check: Must pass a mandatory, rigorous Massachusetts iCORI criminal background check.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in elderly care, companion care, or home health (preferred).
  • Reliability: Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
  • Traits: Exceptional patience, strong communication skills, punctuality, and an empathetic heart.

What We Offer (The Corporate Difference)

  • Career Advancement Pathway: Clear and direct opportunities to transition from per-diem to a stable, full-time position based purely on your performance and reliability.
  • Professional Payroll: All wages and tax forms (W-2s) are managed securely through ADP.
  • Earned Sick Time: Fully compliant with Massachusetts Earned Sick Time accrual policies.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose cases that fit your availability
