Location: Toledo, OH
As a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Warrior at Ohioans Home Health amp; Hospice, we will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on comfort care processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs.

Requirements
We are looking for candidates with:
  • One year of comfort care experience
  • Current RN state licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Hospice/case management experience preferred
  • Opportunities for part or full time, working 8 hour or 12 hour shifts
