Advanced Employment Services is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Billings manufacturer that has been producing high-purity sulfur products for agriculture and industry since 1955. This company manufactures products used in fertilizers, water treatment, food processing, mining, paper manufacturing, and other industrial applications while playing an important role in reducing sulfur emissions.

Pay
- Starting at $25.17 per hour

Available Shifts
Applicants must be willing to work any shift, including weekends and some holidays.
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Fill, weigh, stack, and palletize fertilizer and sulfur bags
- Perform repetitive lifting of 75-100+ pound bags throughout the workday
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment (training provided as needed)
- Transfer raw materials and ingredients throughout the facility
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through industrial housekeeping
- Assist with general plant maintenance and production support
- Work independently and remain productive during periods of minimal supervision
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma required (GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred by employer)
- Must be physically capable of lifting 75-100+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors during all seasons
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance are essential
- Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and some holidays
- Valid Montana driver's license preferred
