Job Title: Landscape Installation Technician
Location: Myakka City, FL
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
Hours: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Occasional Overtime as Needed)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • No experience required — paid training provided
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade

Job Summary:
Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is seeking motivated individuals to join a growing team as a Landscape Installation Technician in Myakka City, FL. The Landscape Installation Technician will assist with the installation of commercial and residential landscape projects throughout Southwest Florida, including irrigation systems, palm trees, specimen trees, and custom landscape designs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the landscaping and construction industry.

Unlike traditional landscaping companies, this position does not involve lawn maintenance or mowing services. The Landscape Installation Technician will work alongside experienced professionals while learning valuable installation and construction skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with installation of landscape designs and outdoor living spaces
  • Install irrigation systems and related components
  • Plant trees, palms, shrubs, flowers, and ornamental plants
  • Prepare job sites through grading, soil preparation, and material staging
  • Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Operate hand tools and equipment safely
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
  • Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
