 Action Tool & Machine is currently seeking a skilled manual lathe operator with a great attitude and strong work ethic to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an experienced self-motivated individual. This is a 1st shift position working 40-50 hours a week. We provide competitive pay based on experience and an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, paid vacation, and flex time.
Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

  • Set up, machining and verifying parts to blueprint specifications.
  • Maintaining equipment.
  • Ensuring quality standards by following quality assurance procedures and using inspection equipment.
  • Accomplishing organization goals by accepting ownership and exploring opportunities to add value to the team.
