- Charlotte, NC; 3 days per week onsite
- Support employee lifecycle transactions, including new hires, terminations, rehires, and employee data updates
- Maintain and validate employee data while ensuring accuracy across HR systems
- Coordinate background check administration and employment verification processes
- Support onboarding activities and high-volume hiring initiatives
- Respond to HR operations requests while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve questions and ensure timely processing
- Assist with data audits, reporting, and process improvements to support efficient HR operations
- 2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Shared Services, or HRIS
- Experience supporting employee lifecycle transactions and maintaining HR data
- Exposure to HRIS platforms, employee onboarding, background checks, and employment verification
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Collaborative, customer-service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting both employees and HR business partners
