Job Description

Clinical Excellence: Perform high-standard root canal therapy, retreatments, and apical surgery.
Diagnosis & Planning: Diagnose diseases/injuries of the dental pulp and periapical tissues; develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Collaboration: Partner with general dentists and specialists to ensure holistic patient outcomes.
Patient Advocacy: Educate patients on treatment options, helping them make informed decisions with empathy and clarity.
Administration: Maintain meticulous patient records and charts within our practice management system.
Compliance: Ensure all procedures meet legal, ethical, and healthcare regulatory standards.

Salary Range

Full-time $154,692 - $197,662 per year

Shift & Schedule

Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm

Requirements
  • Endodontics Residency
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency

Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Specialization: Certificate in Endodontics from an accredited program.
Skills: Strong clinical proficiency in endodontic procedures and oral surgery.
Communication: Ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team.
Growth Mindset: A commitment to lifelong learning and completing CE credits to stay ahead of industry trends.
