This role involves sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities in the healthcare sector, supporting portfolio companies, and collaborating with various teams within CareFirst. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in venture capital and a passion for healthcare innovation.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 6 years of experience in venture capital, management consulting, or related fields.
• Experience with healthcare start-ups and payer partnerships is preferred.
• Strong network within the healthcare payer ecosystem.
• Experience in strategic roles or on start-up boards is a plus.
