Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LICSW, you will:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, employing effective diagnostic methods to identify mental health needs.
• Create, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans using solution-focused methodologies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Collaborate regularly with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care that addresses a multifaceted approach to mental wellness.
• Engage in case consultations and peer review sessions, contributing your insights and benefiting from the collective expertise of the team.
• Provide education to clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and community resources for ongoing support.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active Washington state LICSW license, enabling you to practice independently.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy in clinical settings.

Preferred Experience
