These technologies streamline your clinical work (program implementation, BIP Implementation, program book) and allow clinical tasks to be finished with ease and efficiency.

RBTs are considered for employment by Aborder Behavioral Health will meet the following requirements:

● Must have a high school diploma at a minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field (e.g. education, psychology, etc.).

● Provide the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician training certificate

● Maintain recertification of RBT training annually.

● Complete all necessary Medicaid Registration to access your account portal and submit necessary documents.

● Reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities and Expectations:

● Receive training and guidance on each treatment plan in the caseload.

● Implement treatment plans as they are written.

● Provide services to consumers based on hours set by the Behavior Analyst.

● Collect data on a daily basis using the secure Rethink behavioral management system.

● Communicate regularly with the Behavior Analyst.

● Implement the treatment plan in all relevant settings.

● Attend meetings regarding consumer’s behavior services as necessary.

Aborder Behavioral Health, LLC (ABH) was created in response to a genuine need for quality care for children and families living with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Maryland. ABH uses different teaching methods to train in communication, social, and daily living skills. We take a person-centered approach, tailoring our services to meet the individual specific needs and goals.
