Position Overview
The EIDBI Level 1 Practitioner provides direct intervention services to children and youth under age 21 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental conditions. Services are delivered under the supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) and follow the child’s approved Individual Treatment Plan (ITP).
This role is ideal for individuals beginning or growing their career in early intervention who want strong training, supervision, and a clear growth pathway.

Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 1 provider requirements, including one of the following:

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 EIDBI services in clinic, home, or community settings as authorized
- Implement intervention strategies outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan
- Collect accurate data on skill development and treatment progress
- Participate in clinical supervision, training, and team meetings
- Support caregiver education through modeling and collaboration
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with DHS standards
- Follow all HIPAA, DHS, and Aaran Therapy Center policies and procedures
Candidates must meet Minnesota DHS EIDBI Level 1 provider requirements, including one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program, or
- Meet DHS-approved equivalent education and experience criteria
- Ability to work under clinical supervision
- Ability to pass DHS background study
- Reliable transportation (if providing community-based services)
- Willingness to complete required EIDBI training
- Paid training and ongoing professional development
- Consistent supervision and mentorship from experienced clinicians
