About the Role:
Attic Queen LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Oldsmar, FL! This is a hands-on opportunity to work with a company that takes pride in delivering top-quality insulation solutions to homeowners and businesses. Responsibilities:
  • Install blown-in, batt, spray foam, and other insulation materials in attics, walls, and crawl spaces
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit various spaces and configurations
  • Inspect and assess existing insulation for damage, gaps, or inadequate coverage
  • Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Ensure proper air sealing and weatherization techniques are applied during installation
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, following all safety protocols and guidelines
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members on job sites
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
  • Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces in varying temperatures
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks throughout the day
  • Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Oldsmar, FL area
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Valid driver's license preferred
