What You'll Do
As a Staffing Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for growing your own book of business while becoming a trusted workforce advisor to your clients. We will provide some leads for you as well.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
- Identify workforce challenges and recommend customized staffing solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
- Negotiate staffing agreements and close new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and quality assurance meetings.
- Generate repeat business through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Represent ATL Search Group professionally at networking events, business organizations, and community functions.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of outside sales, business development experience or comes from a hospitality background.
- Friendly personality and a go getter attitude
- Proven success with cold calling and prospecting
- Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling B2B services is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally to client sites and occasional travel throughout the U.S.
