The Assistant Office Manager oversees administrative operations, compliance functions, and staff support
systems for the agency. This role is responsible for onboarding processes, payroll and billing
coordination, regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, and communication with
state and community partners. The Manager ensures accurate use of Therap, ND agency
portals, and internal systems while supporting Supervisors, Nurses, and Program Coordinator
Education and Experience
● Associate or bachelor’s degree required
● Experience with HR, Scheduling, and Payroll required
● Experience with Therap, billing, or healthcare administration preferred
● Background in home care, human services, or regulatory compliance helpful
