Role Summary

We are looking for a sharp, trustworthy, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the GM at AS Beauty Group. This is a true right-hand role — equal parts professional operations and personal support. The right person anticipates needs before they're voiced, moves fast, communicates clearly, and brings warmth and good judgment to everything they do. Responsibilities

• Manage and protect the GM's calendar with intention — scheduling meetings, coordinating logistics, and ensuring each day is set up for success
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, managing communications and prioritizing what requires the GM's direct attention
• Follow up after meetings with action items, communications, and next steps without being asked — always a step ahead
• Handle a blend of professional and personal tasks including travel arrangements, bill management, coordination with personal accountants and financial advisors, family logistics, and returns
• Manage correspondence and outreach proactively on the GM's behalf
• Interface with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders with professionalism and discretion
• Leverage AI tools to work smarter and faster across all responsibilities

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience supporting a senior executive in an EA or similar capacity
• Confident, decisive, and proactive — gets things done without being asked twice
• Warm and personable with strong emotional intelligence; reads a room and adjusts accordingly
• Discreet by nature — handles sensitive personal and professional information with care
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment — no two days look the same and that's what makes this role exciting, not overwhelming
• Comfortable managing both professional and personal responsibilities
• Proficient with AI tools, calendar management platforms, and standard office software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work 4 days per week in our New York office
