What You'll Do

As a Residential Behavioral Health Tech, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents and fostering a positive, healing environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
• Assisting residents in their daily routines and activities.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to residents as they work toward their goals.
• Documenting resident progress and reporting to the clinical team.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming living space.
• Following all company policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a behavioral health or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.
