-15-hr.
-Temporary to Possible Permanent
· Front-line communicator with student applicants
· Troubleshoots issues with web-based applications including status, completion and billing inquiries
· Amherst location
· Start off working remotely to ensure safety (internet access required)
· Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
